Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
What's my cancellation policy:
As a working Mum with 3 school aged kids, I understand that unexpected things can pop up and plans may need to be adjusted. I want to ensure a positive experience for all my clients, so here's our cancellation policy:
- Rescheduling:If you need to reschedule your portrait session, I kindly request that you let me know at least [1] days in advance. Life happens, and we're here to accommodate your needs. Just reach out to me, and we'll work together to find a new date that suits both parties.
- Cancellations:In the event of a cancellation, we totally get it, but I kindly ask for your understanding too. As much as I love capturing beautiful moments, I also need to manage my time and resources effectively. If you need to cancel your session, please let me know at least [5] days before the scheduled date.
- No-Shows: I always eagerly await your arrival for your portrait session, but, again, I understand that unexpected things can happen. If you find yourself unable to make it to the session and forget to notify me, please understand that a no-show will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of $150 of the total session cost. This helps me cover my expenses and ensures fairness to other clients.
- Weather Conditions: I know that Mother Nature can be unpredictable, especially when it comes to outdoor photography. If inclement weather conditions, such as heavy rain or storms, make it impossible or unsafe to proceed with the session, I'll be more than happy to reschedule at no additional charge. Safety and comfort are my top priorities.
Remember, my cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness to all my clients and to allow me to provide exceptional service to everyone. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
